Let me practise story-telling skills! :D how fun. Hahahaha, going out to eat breakfast also. So woke up super duper early. (couldn't sleep much anyway)
-----------------------------
One day, a girl dug a pit. It was not deep, shallow enough for her head to poke out so she could still see what was going on out there. So, she lowered herself into it.
"IT'S COMFY HERE!" she thought happily. The pit was strangely warm and nice and she liked it there a lot.
She didn't want to come out so she stayed there stupidly. The pit began to deepen as time went past, and one day, she looked up, and realised she couldn't see the edges of the pit anymore.
All dark, all black. Only a small halo of light that glowed at the top, and the girl wondered, how was she going to get out?
No, no, never mind, the pit is going to be forever magical. The deeper she went, the nicer it gets. Longer. She'll stay there a bit longer. She didn't mind not getting out. She'll stay there!
The pit deepened more. More time went past. And blindly, the girl stayed there, not thinking of a backup plan. What happened if it grew too deep, too wide? She would never get out.
Finally, tiny pebbles and stones which tumbled into the pit and hit her began to hurt. They didn't use to hurt so badly; she couldn't even feel them when she just got into the pit. Now they felt like bullets which tore her skin and made her bleed. The girl wanted to get out. The pit was getting musty, unaccomodating, wrong.
Shouldn't have gotten into it in the first place. Shouldn't have believed in it so easily. Shouldn't have taken it for real. The pit was bad and wrong even though it was nice there. Used to be nice there, correction. But all she could feel now was anxiety, the sense that she could not get out anymore. She was in way too deep.
Desperately, she looked up, feeling a sense of dread.
Couldn't see the light anymore.
Her heart dropped. She squinted around for a sign, any sign. Any ladder? Any rope? Anything to help her climb out of this mess? The stones and pebbles which had collected over the time was now deep enough to bury her feet.
Even placing one foot in front of another to explore the vast pit was painful and tiring. Everything seemed to hurt. It wasn't warm and nice anymore. Just black, looming over her, pressing down on her.
She needed time.
More time to think of a plan to climb out of the blasted place. Didn't want to get hurt by the falling stones and pebbles anymore. Didn't like getting hurt. Didn't like to bleed.
She couldn't...
even breathe anymore.
--------------------------------------
Moral of story: It's too early to believe in all things impossible!!! (like happy nice pits) Or you'll get hurt in the end.
Omg I'm so full of wisdom HAHAH.
*glances up at everyone who's giving me disgusted looks*
err okay, fine. I'm random. :/
